Abdullah A. is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario, Canada) and a graduate of the University of Toronto. As Director, Al Automation & Accounting at Jay & Co. CPA, he brings six years across accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and advisory.
His mandate is to make accounting faster without making it looser. He embeds Al at the points in the accounting cycle where machines outperform manual effort: transaction categorization and general ledger coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, document and receipt data extraction, anomaly detection, and variance analysis drafted for CPA review.
His accounting experience covers financial statement preparation, monthly and annual close, account reconciliations, general ledger review, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate and personal tax support, along with support for audit, review, and compilation engagements.
